Returns and Exchanges

At Cradle 247, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Returns and Exchanges Policy explains the conditions under which items may be returned or exchanged. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. General Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our baby products and our fulfillment model through third-party suppliers (via Auto DS), returns are accepted only under the conditions described below.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, as outlined below.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

Feeding products (bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps, etc.)

Hygiene or personal care items

Opened baby clothing or undergarments

Safety equipment (car seats, baby carriers, etc.)

Clearance or final sale items

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cradle247.com.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with supplier policies.

 

4. Return Process

Because we work with multiple suppliers through Auto DS, return instructions may vary by product and supplier.

To initiate a return:

1. Email support@cradle247.com with your order details.

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If a return is approved due to supplier error, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping or issue a replacement without additional cost to you.

 

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items returned in used or damaged condition not caused by us or the supplier.

 

7. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges due to supplier inventory variations. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the eligible item (if approved) and placing a new order.

 

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed by the supplier. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and impact future purchasing eligibility.
