This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how orders placed with Cradle 247 are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Cradle 247 partners with a third-party dropshipping service provider (Auto DS), which works with multiple domestic and international suppliers. As a result, processing times may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Because we work with multiple suppliers through Auto DS, shipping carriers and methods may vary by product and supplier. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional or international carriers.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier, warehouse location, and shipping destination. General delivery estimates are as follows:
l United States: 5–15 business days
l International: 7–25 business days (depending on location and customs processing)
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method (if applicable), and supplier rates. Promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly indicated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email when available. In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after your order has been processed, please contact us at support@cradle247.com.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Cradle 247 is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If an order is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the item.
We will work with the supplier and shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Resolution options may include replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and supplier policies.
Cradle 247 is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing.
Cradle 247 is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees assessed by customs authorities.
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once an item has been transferred to the carrier, Cradle 247 is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier.
